Topping up / Call credit
How can I check my call credit?
You have two options:
- Call 1 2 4 4 free of charge and follow the instructions. After a few seconds you will hear how much call credit you have left or
- Call * 1 0 1 # free of charge and in a few seconds you will see your remaining call credit on your screen.
How long is my call credit valid for?
Your call credit is valid for 6 months. If you do not top up your call credit within 6 months, you will lose your remaining call credit. For the next 30 days you will only be able to call emergency numbers and free service numbers, such as the top-up number. You will still be able to receive calls. If you do not top up your call credit within this 30-day period, your mobile number will be withdrawn and you will lose any remaining call credit. If you top up your call credit during the 30-day period, your new call credit will be valid for 6 months and any call credit that remained at the end of the first 6 months will be refunded. Please note! You cannot claim call credit that has expired.
Where can I buy top up cards?
You can buy your credit easily online or get a top up card or e-vouchers at one of the many sales points, including petrol stations, supermarkets and Telecom shops.
How can I top up?
Your top up card or e-voucher has a 15 digit top up code.
Dial 1 2 4 4 and select option 9 from the menu. (You will not be charged for this call.) Then enter the 15-digit top up code shown on your top up card or voucher, and press the # key to complete the process. Your call credit balance has now been topped up.
When you are abroad and topping up your SIM card via 1 2 4 4 is not possible, you can also try to top up by calling +31612001244.
What can I do if I have no more call credit left?
If there is no call credit left on your SIM card, you will no longer be able to make calls or send SMS messages. You will however be able to receive calls and SMS messages, make calls to emergency numbers and use the free services and the free top up service 1 2 4 4 during one month.

What is an e-voucher?
An e-voucher is an electronically generated voucher with a unique top up code. E-vouchers can be bought online or at petrol stations and supermarkets. To use them, simply use the instructions of the traditional top up cards.
